1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Mobile Hut BD and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.

3. Products, Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Genuine Products & Warranty

Every product sold by Mobile Hut BD is guaranteed 100% genuine and, where applicable, is supplied with the manufacturer or store warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical/liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery. EMI, where offered, is subject to the partner bank's terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.

7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible items may be returned or exchanged for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product if you contact us within seven days of receiving the order, with the product unused and in its original packaging. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.

8. Privacy & Your Data

9. Intellectual Property
